Cynomatic Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development professional to expand our presence across Canada. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with strong experience in industrial electrical, automation, and drive systems, supporting utilities, EPCs, and asset owners.

This position will initially be part-time on a contract basis, with a clear pathway to a full-time, permanent role based on performance and business growth.

Role Overview

  • Grow and manage key accounts across Canada
  • Drive new business development and project opportunities
  • Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and closing
  • Represent Cynomatic and our OEM partners in the Canadian market

OEMs & Solutions

We collaborate with globally recognized OEM partners, including Siemens, CG Drives & Automation, and SecuControl, supplying:

  • LV & MV Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
  • Protection relays
  • Safety test switches
  • Transformers
  • Solutions for project execution and retrofit applications

Our solutions are widely used by pipeline operators, electric utilities, municipal water & wastewater authorities, and industrial processing facilities across Canada.

Candidate Profile

  • Based in Canada (Calgary preferred)
  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in industrial electrical, automation, or drive systems
  • Experience working with utilities, EPCs, and asset owners
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently

Compensation
