Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sales and Business Development person with a
proven track record in selling cybersecurity solutions in Canada. The ideal candidate will have
3 to 5 years of experience in sales of the cybersecurity industry, demonstrating the
ability to drive growth, develop strong client relationships, and execute strategic sales
initiatives. Must have existing customer relations and cyber products and tools sales
experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy -Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives
and drive revenue growth and targets. - Business Development- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian
market, focusing on various sectors including finance, construction, transportation,
education, and small to medium-sized businesses, with a special focus on the oil and
gas industry - Client Relationships- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding
their cybersecurity needs and providing tailored solutions. - Lead Generation- Utilize various methods to generate leads, including networking,
industry events, digital marketing, and partnerships - Proposal Development- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to
potential clients. - Market Research- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape,
and opportunities for growth. - Collaboration- Work closely with the technical and project delivery teams to ensure
seamless execution of projects and client satisfaction. - Reporting- Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and business
development activities.
Qualifications
- Experience- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the
cybersecurity industry in Canada. - Understanding of Identity-Centric Security, Micro-Segmentation, Continuous
Monitoring and Analytics, Policy Orchestration, and cyber-based AI-powered GRC
management. - Proven Track Record – Demonstrated success in selling cybersecurity solutions and
achieving sales targets. - Knowledge – Understanding of cybersecurity products and services, including firewalls,
antivirus software, encryption tools, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and
managed security services - Skills – Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Innovation- Creative and innovative approach to sales and business development.
- Education- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a
related field is preferred.
